I build homes from raw land up. Not renovations, not wholesaling — ground-up construction, start to finish, on my own projects.
I'm not a general contractor. I'm the one who finds the land, runs the numbers, pulls the team together and manages the build — working through a network of licensed GCs and subcontractors I've built over years of doing this. That's the seat most people actually want to sit in, and almost nobody teaches it.
I've made the expensive mistakes already: the lots that wouldn't perc, the change orders, the draws that came late. You're getting all of that without paying for it twice.
